Will have to review invisibility code.
Oh, and the leveling bug you reported previously is fixed now.

When I use Essence Transfer to transfer to a potion, if the potion is part of a stack all the potions in the stack get the essence. This allows me to take one essence from an weapon etc. and then use alchemical brand or alchemical resistances to brand a lot of weapons or get a lot of resistances. Pretty sure this is not intentional, but I'm happy to keep the effect

Yes, this has been discussed before, and we decided to keep it that way. After all, being only able to make 1 potion or ammo at once wouldn't be very useful(you create a super ammo of mass destruction....only to miss and lose it. ). You need to be able to enchant stacks at once to make things viable, otherwise, it's simply too annoying. So enjoy this feature, and don't feel like you cheat by using Alchemy to build resistances, that's one of Alchemy's greatest strengths and perfectly intended!

When Soul Binding a Berserker and activating Rage on the created item it will provide 20/(Wis-5) Strength instead of the flat 20 Strength that Soul Power provides. The same thing happens with an Elvish Arcane Archer and their Dexterity Boost ability. As fun as it is to see 4-digit stats at around level 20 I don't think this is intentional.

This is more of a report of a bug being no longer in effect...found a Licialhyd (dex power 12) on level 42 on the floor...So apparently they are dropping at least as random floor items.

Yup, it was finally fixed. The problem was simple actually. They had too much allocations, because I wanted them to appear through the whole game, but apparently I used too much allocations. So I removed a few, and now not only do they appear, they look fine when you drop them.

Cant say Im terribly impressed with them though...power 12 at level 42 and thats the first one I find? Seems a little underpowered. But a + is better than a -.

Ranged pets like Elvish Arcane Archer don't seem to inflict any damage. Absorb Elemental Energy does not help me deal with friendly radius spells. Animated Knight does not zone with me when I change maps or dungeon levels.

Animated Knight has never been permanent afaik. There ARE no companions in Port.

There used to be permanent companions according to newbs.txt: "If you have a very high charisma, the monster will accept to become your friend for free, and will stay with you forever, until they die."
As for the Animated Knight, from abilities.txt: "The knight will be marked as an imprinted monster, so it will not leave you when you go to another dungeon level."
Then consider that it costs five items to create it. If if were a permanent ally then the parts could be purchased in town and created there. As a single level pet it would force the physically weak Mage to be extremely encumbered if they wanted a decent pet to be available in tough situations.

It IS supposed to be a permanent pet. Whether it still works or not has yet to be tested though.
I'll need to review the old "imprinted" code...
