I know that armor affects how much mana you have with int casting. Does armor have any affect on wis casting? It doesn't seem to say anything in the rules, so I expect that it doesn't, but it is hard to be sure.

No effect that I have seen. From my experience if you want to cast a lot of smaller or medium strength spells use wisdom casting. If you want to use one big spell at a time use mana casting, you get higher limits with mana.

Armor does not penalize wisdom casting. Think of wisdom casting as a priest chanting a prayer, or as some spirit medium/psionic who uses his mind and concentration to channel energy... no need for gestures and motions like a wizard using arcane power to cast spells.
