Probably a silly question here...
What can a monk wear that will not affect badly his skills appart from rings and amulets? is there anything at all that will not count as armor, or as weapon vs his martial arts?.
Thank yous. Benigno

The two things that will hinder the monk's martial arts are body armor and shield. You can wear Arm Bands in the shield slot though. No blocking, but you get other bonus. As for armor, well, it's compensated by the Martial Arts bonus to base AC, and the monk's Unarmored Combat ability. Combine that with a good agility skill, and your AC should be good.

Ok, thanks, so its only armbands right?. No clothes, or shoes or cloak or sandals. Only the armbands slot right?. As for the AC, I know the way to go, as you say, its about all the other bonuses to stats and all that I am missing Thank you, Benigno

Actually, there is no restrictions on equipment other than the main body armor and the shields. You can wear boots, helms, cloaks and gloves without any penalities(in fact, try finding a branded pair of gloves! They will add some elemental damages to your punches!).
