Do monsters have a set amount of mana now? I was fighting a magic immune skeleton mage boss, and after a while, I noticed that it wasn't casting at all anymore.

Yes they do!  Though most offensive spells they use doesn't cost too much to cast, summoning spells are generally more expensive. So yes, after a while, they run out of mana and will stop casting spells! |

Yay! I was stuck using the priest's Heal ability three turns out of every four to stay alive until it quit casting at me. |
