Any tips for playing with a character with less than 5 con? It pretty much means you can't take a hit as you'll have 5 health or possibly even less.

Well, the short answer is not to get hit untill you reach level 2. Throwing, spells, ranged weapons, rods, heavy armor (High AC), summoning (Summoning's probably the weakest choice among these, as it's both difficult to find a summon-kind book in the stores, expensive to boot, and even low level conjuration is expensive cost wise, especially if you want it to last more than like three moves =/), and, um... that's it? There's several abilities that can help out, o'course -- Monks have a hp/mp non-percentage booster that I think is under clevel 6, priests have several things to help out, there's fighter and warrior stuff that can aid you, etc, etc, etc
If it helps your confidence any, I've managed to get a fruitbat to level six before, so low hp isn't entirely crippling. Just mostly.

My current character is a Kobold Element Lord(Poison Lord). At level 21, without items, he has around 340 hp I think which is low for a character of that level. So how does he survive?
The answer is: Defense, Agility and Magic Defense. Defense + Agility + a good armor can make you hard to hit, so you won't take damages. Magic Defense allows you to evade magic attacks. So buy a few of these skills, use a good armor, and that should be good.
In fact, in the long term, these skills are probably the best way to go, as powerful monsters will have very strong attacks later. Even with high hp, melee attacks of mature dragons will most likely kill you, so the best thing is to not get hit.
