This will probably be a very dumb question, but.... how do I activate a feat? My character has his fighting skill at 22, and according to the help he should get Power Attack at 20, if I understood correctly. How do I then activate it? It appears neither on the "use power" nor on the "toggle auras, etc..." menu...

It's probably because you haven't learned it yet. You gain it at natural skill 20, meaning after placing 20 points in the skill. This doesn't include bonus from class or equipment, so if you play Fighter, you most likely have 22 due to a bonus, but it's actually naturally lower than 20.
Once you get it, it will appear under the "U" menu.

Oh ok, that explains it! Thanks a lot! I do have a bonus thanks o the human race, in fact - the class is warrior (and by now I'm thinking that concentrating on a specialized weapon skill might have been a better choice, but we'll see)

You should note Atan that you can activate feats in combat with the combat feat skill. 5 points gets you one feat per total number of attacks. (So if you have x attacks you get the option to use a feat for 1 of them. EG: at 25 points of combat feats if you have say 5 attacks per turn, you will get a feat opportunity for each attack.)

Ok, I got "power attack" available with fighting at 26, as it should be, discounting the bonus. Gando: thanks for the advice. Not so useful for Power attack, I guess (I try to activate it 1 square away from the enemy) but for attack-type feats this can be a good idea.
