Opening this thread here, since it's more of an opinion than an actual bug. This is not so much a bug as a problem. I did the Ivhala quest which leads to the Shan quest line but instead of awarding the Amulet the player is lead on a wild goose chase which while perhaps funny to the maker of the quest is just representitive of hours lost to the player. I can understand that after killing the Ryoon cult, you might have been disappointed to not get the amulet, and instead be referred to an envoy who is supposed to give you further quests. (and who only appears in the upcoming release. For now, it's just a Messenger that basically tells you to wait until the next build, and go get yourself killed in the Flow. ) But don't worry, you do not go in a wild goose hunt in Rhyzendal yet. The game continues the Ivhala storyline after that, the priest's quest is one that is in Ivhala. Better yet, you can actually complain to him that you feel this is a waste of time! And if your Charisma is high enough, it might even be useful...

*shrugs* I still think it is a valid complaint. I recognize this is all a WIP project so I don't expect completed Quests at every turn, but that was really a convoluted quest with no actual end reward and I think it would have been better to leave it out until complete. Being that the game is somewhat nonlinear dead end quests can really eat up the hours if you want them to. I know it is an odd thing to say about an RPG but I prefer to play games where goals are met, as opposed to endlessly growing a character through mindless repetition of hacknslash.
The priest thing is interesting. (Particularly the part about complaining in game.) I didn't find it but I guess I could go look for it.
