Here's a silly bit of theorycraft:
Go with a standard Celestial wis-caster build, with a strict elementalism specialization. Normally this is kind of dumb, because you lose much of your ability to heal, but we're going to get that back in spades.
Work your way over to Elemental Lord and pick up Absorb Elemental Energy (light or darkness depending on whether you want to start out powerful or end up more powerful) and start dropping AP into it.
Finally, during combat, open by summoning a crowd of mirror balls and then open up with high intensity ball/circle spells of your elemental specialization, intentionally hitting your mirrors and agroing them. (this also renders them safe from enemy melee if I'm not mistaken?)
Each time you attack, the balls will reflect and multiply the offensive effect of your own spells back on you, allowing you to absorb massive amounts of healing each turn even while you are in full offensive mode.
If you plan to go darkness, they you must have saved up 20AP by the time you take elemental absorbtion, or you'll inevitably have a return slip through and annihilate you. If you take light you can do this much earlier, but miss out on the darkness immunity, which is of course very nice.
Finally, anything that fires an AOE on you risks taking a massively multiplied reflective strike from it's own attack. Granted, many creatuers are immune, but some are not and will vaporize themselves.
Not sure if it'd really work, and it doesn't reach full speed until at least lvl 30 or so (hard to get summon specific before then and you need a lot of AP), but it looks pretty amusing on paper.
That and the idea of wandering around with a hovering mass of Mirror Balls bouncing spells everywhere just makes me grin. ;D
