There is a problem with the subject. I tried this combination and the binded crafted object lost his tweakability. Is it by your will or a bug?
In my opinion there is no problem with combining tweaking and soul bind. The shining armor and bless weapon abilities are work with tweaking too and don't cause any trouble with balance.

As far as I can tell your bug report is that adding a soul to a crafted item removes the ability to tweak it. This is likely because the soul bind ability overwrites all previous magic abilities including Im guessing any tweak points. Tweaking an item makes it magical so that it can not be bound ...so it makes sense that binding a crafted item would remove that ability. I do not think this is a bug.

When you craft an item, you'll notice that it doesn't become orange until you tweak it. If you apply a scroll of magic item, or use Soul Bind, then yes, it will lose it's tweakability, in exchange for whatever bonus you're giving it.
On the other hand, you can then use a scroll of item leveling, and that'll work.

I sadly recognizet the fact my character can't combine his competency in crafting skill and the power of binded souls.

Nonsense! You can combine soulbinding with crafting you just cant reap the maximum benefit from both. Also if you happen to find a decent amulet/ring you want, soul binding might actually be better than crafting one from scratch that doesnt have the native bonuses. Plus Im pretty sure you can soul bind lanterns/torches and ammo. You cant craft those.
What is truly sad is that combining enchanter with diviner doesnt have as much benefit as Id like. Sad because they meld together nicely otherwise. Enchanting items just is not uber compared to divining them if you have the divination skill to back them up. (Ive managed on my 3rd diviner to finally get a complete set of leveling items...some of which were made through the item leveling scrolls but some were just found that way.)
The two classes are mutually exclusive in that their abilities are parallel but not compatible. At least with soul binding it takes care of the blind spots in crafting (of which there are quite a few.)
