Hi Just seen a staff of wishing in a black market shop.... WAY more cash than i've got, but it got me wondering what to wish for if i could've got my greasy paws on it.... Best i could come up with was blue steel full plate or prismatic plate mail and then as im an enchanter hope i last long enough to be able to decompose/recreate it to buff it up a wee bit.... ;D Come on peeps whats your choice ??

What version are you playing? If you're playing 0.3, you're NOT supposed to have found one. If it's 0.2.1, then, either a blue steel weapon or prismatic dragon plate mail. Can't go wrong with that.

It's on my home laptop so i'm not 100% sure at the moment as i'm still at work, but i thought i'd updated it to your latest build.....
My company laptop has v0.3.0 installed and since i'm playing an Enchanter on both I guess it would have to be the same.... ??

The staff of wishing change may be something I changed in my own version that I have not yet uploaded... Staves of Wishing aren't supposed to show up in black market.

d**n. How did it happens though? It's a depth 120 item! It shouldn't appear in the Black Market at all!

Actually if you look around the forums you will notice V that I posted a similar thing about finding a staff of wishing on my paladin/jw character. Remember, I wished for a bluesteel armor and used the shining armor ability on it? That was 0.3.1...so I suspect Hairy might have an older version of 0.3.0. Which is why its important to upgrade the version number when you make substantial changes

I see your point, except I don't consider it the "final" 0.3 yet. I could just add a build number though...
