Using the Staff of Wishing - the RIGHT way

When it comes to games, I'm a very "honest" guy. I don't like cheating - I enjoy PLAYING the game, not FINISHING it.

So I would just like to ask before I buy it from the rare items shop: in 1.7.1, how should I use the Staff of Wishing *without* abusing it? What is the RIGHT, honest way?

Wait for 1.8.0 so it will only have one charge, will be rarer and perhaps not sold in shops anymore, or will have an INSANE price!

Seriously, though, I would suggest wishing for an object your character might need, or that suits your character well. Playing a swordsman? Then wish for a King's Sword. Playing a Valkyrie-type character? Wish for a Valkyrian Spear or Valkyrie Plate. Stuff like that.
