Gorg was the first good soul I captured as a Soul Guardian, however whenever I spawn him I get the full script effect as if I was killing him, along with the head spawning in my inventory.
When I do kill him I get another head and his battle axe.
This is not too bad, and is not the bug, the real issue is that I can throw something at him to make him angry and then kill him and get experience for it. (If I don't throw something at him or don't hit him hard enough to kill him in one round then I get the expected dialog about no experience for killing a friend.)
I don't know if there's a way to fix this without nerfing simulacrum, so I will simply not abuse this sort of issue.
Anyway. I enjoy this game quite a bit and will point out any such issues I find.

Normally, any friendly creatures you kill should not give experience. The problem may not be with Simulacrum, but with throwing... I'll have to check that. Also, you shouldn't get a dialog and a second head for killing a Simulacrum monster. So this will have to be fixed.

I've tested some more and the I have determined that throwing something at the monster will set it to give exp when you kill it.
Nothing else will do that.
So yes, it must be the throwing itself that is the problem.
It does not matter what monster you capture and use simulacrum to summon, and what method you use to actually kill it is also unimportant.
You may want to look at Simulacrum and see if there's a way to flag a character as impossible to soul-capture, otherwise you can just summon it and capture the copy.
