I didn't run any extensive tests while checking out how to conjure items, but I did note a couple things that didn't work right.
I could conjure a dagger without difficulty to slot 1, but I couldn't find any way to be conjured to slot 2. For some reason, the program crashed every time I tried it. It didn't matter whether I had any weapons or shields wielded when I made the attempt or not.
I didn't do a wide variety of tests, but I happened to be able to conjure some gold dragon plate armor for a cost of 1/turn, the same as a common dagger. I assume it is supposed to cost more in the 40 range.
Those are all the things I noticed. There may be more, but I didn't do any extensive checks.

Thanks you for reporting this. Though I didn't experience any crashes, I know there are some bugs. For example, you can conjure a weapon in the second weapon slot, even if you use a shield.
As for the Gold Dragon Armor, I'll need to test it. Indeed, it's not supposed to cost 1/turn, it should be more than that...

Hmm. At least with a dagger, I couldn't get it to conjure one in the second hand no matter what I tried----it just crashed every time. It appears it has different symptoms on your computer.
I wasn't totally upset that some really nice armor was so cheap, but it did seem a little out of balance. I suppose there was one parameter set wrong somewhere.
