I had a small bug with the only time I hit a trap that burned scrolls. First, I had to leave the game and reenter because it locked up. Second, even though it had burned all of one type of scroll, there was still an inventory slot occupied by something that mentioned there were no scrolls. Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact message.

Haven't encountered this bug... But as I mentionned in another post, traps are something that I will need to recode. It's not done yet though, and probably won't be done yet in the next beta... but it will be done for final release, don't worry! (Well, if traps are to work better, then perhaps you SHOULD worry!)

Well, if there was some bug that disabled all traps, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. I rather doubt that will happen, though.

I have just hit this problem as well in the latest Beta. I was about to report it, and then realised that I had read something about it previously. Bit of a pain, as it has burned all my Recall scrolls.

This is on traps only. I noticed that I was hit by a gravity bolt trap recently. Since I didn't think gravity was still an active effect, I thought I'd mention it even though it is a very minor point.

Again, traps will need to be recoded. I haven't touched the traps code ever since NewAngband was created!! It's definitly time for an upgrade of the traps code. But for now, it's not changed yet...
