I beg your pardon then...I was thinking only of the items you would traditionally have defense on already...

Ok not certain if this is a bug or feature but I will mention it here regardless:
Ive noticed since the quest floors began that Elites and Bosses (non uniques) on those levels never drop treasure. Seems like it would be a bug since thats not consistant with their behavior elsewhere but then again maybe its a punishment for being on a questing level (I mean the bottom floors of random dungeons btw.)

I think they have no inventory generated on quest levels, though i'll have to double-check the code.

Ah, the infamous blank screen bug. I've had it happen at some point with pretty much every variant I've tried. It's usually fixed by restarting the computer, though sometimes deleting all bands and restarting is required. Chall T. Dow So i finally got around to redownloading it and it did the same thing. So then I restarted my computer and it worked perfectly. No idea why that worked but thank you very much for the help.

i can't remember where i posted this, but on a different thread i suggested that this might be caused by the .fon files not releasing properly when the program closes. When I've gotten this bug, it's after i played via a network connection instead of on the computer with the program on it, then returned to it. Either changing font size or rebooting let me play as normal again. YMMV

I believe this is the latest build. Monsters that supposedly reflect 50% physical damage, don't.

I remember they didn't at a point, though I think I've fixed it. Not sure if it's in the currently uploaded version though.
Also, you're not using a special attack, aren't you? Because special attacks like Spin Attack won't return damages. Only normal melee attacks do.

I just found that if you have a high enough charisma shops actually pay you more for their goods than they charge...this seems wrong.. at best you should get 90% of the items value for selling them.
In an unrelated bug or feature I found that craft enchanting a dragon scale armor makes it less good than other armors (about 60% of the tweak points) ... is this because of the flying ability of the armor? or the 25% resist? because if so perhaps those abilities could be not automatically applied and instead be purchasable with tweak points in the right armor? Just a thought.

The reason why you get less is because the dragon armors are "dual skill" craftable items. This means that it uses one "Crafting" component, and one alchemical component, and therefore, the amount of tweak points you get is based on the average between Alchemy and Crafting, and not just Crafting.

Nope, not a special attack. Just going to town with Bee Sting, the item which is forcing me to train daggers to at least 5 on my current toon...

Bee Sting?
Oh.... can you try it with another weapon? I think in the current code, the brand is applied BEFORE the actual physical damages. Which might explain why it wasn't returned if the brand damages actually killed the monster.

Nah, it took several swings to kill in at least one case. I considered that before reporting it.

Crystall charges don't deplete when zapping (My character is level 2, rod skill = 0)
---Added---: and yes, physical returning don't work even with non-branded weapons
---Added---: but that's maybe because dagger just don't deal enough damage (so 20% of 1-3 is 0). On the other side, there are no even message "You hurt yourself" so returning really don't work

Guess the current upload doesn't have the fixed code then.
Yeah, I know about the charges, fixed it yesterday when I converted the rods zapping code to a lua code.
