And reloading shows that it is repeatable at that location.

Also did you mean to reactivate mirror balls? Just had another YASD from walking near a hidden (h) who summoned mirror balls that instakilled me with my own music. (Is music magic damage even?)

Ran into another "surprise" death with a (h). Looks like walking around in dungeons with music is asking to autodie randomly. NO saving throw.

Yes? I thought I was implying that?
I guess I should clarify my question about mirror balls.
For a while you had turned off reflected damage from them. I was questioning why you turned reflection back on.
The way the gnome mages spam them there is absolutely no hope of not auto dying if you have any kind of aura as soon as the mage appears. That seems incredibly wrong to me.

Two more places that the game crashes after dialogs: inside ophelias tomb when you go there the second time. Also, after the first lvl 70 chaos lord beneath place you killed last simon.

Also, after the first lvl 70 chaos lord beneath place you killed last simon. And thanks for pointing out that this monsters is still level 70. It should be lower than that.

The ---more--- prompt crashes the game when using a scroll of instant item level up. removing the ---more--- solves this problem temporarily but this is an inconvenient work around.

Yet Another Random Crash. This time in a library vault after killing a black E. An item gained a level and then the game froze (The keys locked up and then the screen went its usual grey.)

Actually the culprit seems to be an Andros...guess he didn't like being killed and figured to stymie my exploration of the vault by making the game crash?

But then a few reloads later I paced the kill out a little bit and the game didn't freeze. Very odd behavior to say the least.

The AI seems to be a bit buggy with movement. It won't move over a lava tile even if the damage would be negligible. Typically I'd just take that for a benefit of being smarter than the program but it seems like the AI gets really dumb when faced with such obstacles. Flying creatures aren't affected by this however so I am guessing it is the decision tree: if would damage me don't go that way. Just killed a spikefiend which couldn't close the distance and and couldn't seem to use it's special ability to pull me in towards it because of the lava.

Game crashed reentering the Vipers HQ after "rescuing" the leader.
After this dialogue:
Nidem - I bet this is the work of this necromancer, Delviaz...
the game crashes consistently.
