Iding Amulet of Infravision with Divine Items removes the Infravision. Btw arent we phasing this item out?

I've found that If i jump between 2 maps repeatedly, I can generate a crash reliably. I was scumming for a useful discount at a rare item shop the first time I did this. That's one thing I miss about the old code in some ways. You couldn't just enter an inn to reload shops.

Me too actually. So the game's AI coded an anti-scumming technique all by itself! Seriously, I think that the problem is that nothing is stored in memory in terms of towns and such. Therefore, everytime you enter a town cell, it opens, read and close the file. But perhaps if you do it too often too quickly, it may end up not closing the file at the time you call it again, thus causing an error. I personally don't miss buying 99 rations of food and resting for 2500 turns over and over until I get the item I want.

Reading a scroll should only make it disappear if you actually use it. If you hit escape (as I did when I needed to get more information before selecting a target) should not make the scroll be destroyed without use. Especially on the more expensive ones. The fact that it does disappear seems like a bug.

wishing for 'gold' gets you a pile of 0 gold.

Wishing does not always twist or produce the item wished for...sometimes it just ignores the request all together. Not sure if this is intentional or a bug.

Make sure you spelled the item's name correctly. If the wish worked, but if the item is invalid, then nothing will happen, it will be just a normal boss with no special drops.

"staff" can not possibly be an incorrect spelling. (Thats one of the things I tried and got no result on.) Also there are some things that come up as "You cant wish for that". The shortlist so far: Amulet, Licialhyd.

Just wishing for "Amulet" or "Staff" will not work. You have to enter the full name, like "Staff of Enlightment", "Amulet of Resist Acid", etc... As for the Licialhyd, however, it should probably have worked, although they are pretty buggy to tell you the truth. They don't have a character if you drop them and they never appear in dungeons(this is not a feature, this is a bug. Licialhyd is supposed to be common!). So this might be related to this, and not the Wish spell.

Strange...Amulet produces an error message but Staff doesnt. Is this an oversight? Or is it up to the player to figure what is in error and what is not?

Blue items are bugged. Either they are supposed to start at level 0 and 1 tweak point or level 1 and 1 point. Not both. I suspect it is the 0 levels that are bugged. I found this out by making an item capable of leveling using a scroll of Item leveling. That made a level 1 item. The items Ive ided all start at level 0 and have a tweak point. You probably used "Divine Items", right? Because indeed, I forgot to set the level to 1 if an item turns blue. It's now fixed.

another Divine Items related bug: I ided a nonmagical item with 8 points in Divine Item (new character) and found that even though it turned purple, it gained no abilities except for the must be weilded 2handed one I presume was there before (a bronze warhammer). This seems like a bug.
==Edit==
Ive repeated this twice more. Seems that for some reason now the divine items ability doesnt work at lower levels at all except to increase the store value of an item by like 1%.
==Edited Again==
Ok so after seeing this happen a few more times I decided to investigate and also reread the help on that Ability. So basically what was going on is: My Divination skill was too low. Which is because I used enchanted items to raise it to get to the diviner class...kind of a bummer as I was hoping to see how the 2 classes combined without needing to put all my skill points into 1-2 skills. 40 points in div is just too much early on, particular in this build where the skill is useless other than as a class requirement and for this ability.
Anyway disregard this.

I found a stacking bug. When I used a soul from a stack of 4, all of 4 is recharging, not only the one I used up. Another: When I use essence transfer on a pack of water potions, and then buy another stack of water potions, the two stacked and the transfered brand remain on them.
