The description of that ability IS confusing, I admit it. In the past, I had prepared a formula guide that explains the casting formula of wisdom based spells, but for some reasons, it's no longer there, so that can be confusing. I think I posted the formula somewhere else on the board... but can't remember where...
Basically, the higher the ability, the better the spells you can cast!
