I think there is a problem! I just hit a zombie that is immune to physical attacks and with the blows per round at 5855 and although I keep getting messages it is going on a long time with no changes! Is there an emergency exit, otherwise I'm here for the night I think. Perhaps I'll put a book on the space bar? :-(

Save file has been sent. Interestingly, the variable Blows/Round are not just a feature of the Bee sting Dagger. I've now swapped this for an acid dagger (+1238 acid), and this is also changing the blows/round as well. And it actually seems much more effective than Bee Sting at getting rid of the skeletons etc. Is that due to acid being more effective on bones rather than posion perhaps? (or is it not that sophisticated?)

Skeletons, and undead creatures in general have 100% resistance to poison. Their resistance to acid is 0 though, so yes, they will take more damages from acid-branded weapons.

I noticed something on this today. I had been into a dungeon (not the undead one) and down to level 9, when I recalled to the town. Having sold my current haul, I returned to the dungeon, and went down the stairs. I didn't use a scroll due to the reports here. The first level I reached was......9! Great feature ;D and saves a stack of time searching for down staircases, but ...... is it intended? I think I rememebr that once I had escaped Udor's orcs and got to Fidac, when I went down the staircase to the dungeon, I think the first level that I reached was 5. Anyone else spotted this?

Random dungeons have a random depth every time you enter them. They are based on your character's level. So if your level is high enough, it's very possible to start at level 5 or 9.

Currently, this works OK, but I think (suggest) that for the final (official) release, dungeons (and wilderness cells) should be fixed after their first generation. So it would be easier to keep track of where you are, and also more realistic.
Just my 2 cents.

I've managed to get half way through the bottom level of the ruins dungeon. I must be missing something, though, as I have yet to figure out the last half. Has anyone else finished it yet?

I've also encountered a the last level of the ruins dungeon. I played it for several hours last night using different combination of switches. Couldn't figure it out so broke down and looked at Q12.txt.
E:3:27:9:2:15:1:0:0:0:0 E:2:1:9:11:2:60:0:0:0:0 E:10:3:9:25:9:1:0:0:0:0 E:12:3:9:22:11:60:0:0:0:0 E:23:28:9:37:26:1:0:0:0:0 E:33:28:9:48:9:1:0:0:0:0 E:35:6:9:25:8:1:0:0:0:0 E:38:6:9:51:5:60:0:0:0:0 E:41:6:9:42:8:1:0:0:0:0 E:25:7:3:1:25:0:0:0:0:0 E:21:2:3:1:999:0:46:0:0:0
It seems to me that you might be missing a switch. Like maybe one that opens at 57,17?

Variaz,
I have had a thought that this topic actually contains two different bugs, in respect of the dual wield problem that I reported.
Is it worth moving these parts over to another thread? I am not sure how this could be done.

Not sure if we can do this, there doesn't seem to be a "move topic" option... unless I use that good old copy-paste. Besides, I am aware of the two bugs now, so I will try to fix them!
